North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors (Roanoke, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Cross improves its record to 11-7 on the season. The Raiders travel to The Covenant (Charlottesville, VA) to encounter the Eagles in a VISAA Blue Ridge test on Wednesday, October 2. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 13-1. The Covenant won 3-0 in their recent league test against Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA)

The Conquerors now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynchburg HomeSchool for a VHSAA test on Tuesday, October 8.
