North Carolina High School Soccer - Croatan knocks off Richlands
October 10, 2024: Richlands, NC 28574 In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Croatan Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Richlands Wildcats.
The Cougars (9-7) will now prepare for their outing against West Carteret (Morehead City, NC). The Patriots go into the Coastal 3A outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, West Carteret was overwhelmed by White Oak (Jacksonville, NC), 3-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) in a Coastal 3A outing, on Tuesday, October 15. Richlands will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 10-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Swansboro (Swansboro, NC).
