October 10, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46221

The Decatur Central Hawks walloped the visiting Perry Meridian Falcons football team by a score of 42-0 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN) in a Mid-State test, on Friday, October 17. Decatur Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Grizzly Cubs come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 31-14 league win over Greenwood (Greenwood, IN).

With the defeat, Perry Meridian drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Mooresville (Mooresville, IN) to face the Pioneers in a Mid-State challenge on Friday, October 17. The Pioneers go into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Mooresville won 31-17 in their recent league challenge against Martinsville (Martinsville, IN)
