South Carolina High School Football - Fort Dorchester sneaks past West Ashley

October 10, 2025: Charleston, SC 29414

The Fort Dorchester Patriots football squad scored 25 points and limited the host West Ashley Wildcats to 21 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to James Island for a AAAAA Region 8 test on Friday, October 17. Fort Dorchester will face a Trojans team coming off a 14-9 league loss to Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 6-1.

The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Stall (Charleston, SC). The Warriors enter the AAAAA Region 8 challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Stall was edged by Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC), 56-12, in a league challenge.
