Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ), 28-7 in a league battle.

With the win, Ridge improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Red Devil host North Brunswick (North Brunswick, NJ) to play the North Brunswick Raiders in a non-league battle on Friday, October 17. The North Brunswick Raiders go into the battle with a record of 0-7. North Brunswick lost 35-6 in their recent non-league battle against Westfield (Westfield, NJ)

The Red Devils now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Old Bridge for a non-league test on Friday, October 17. Hunterdon Central will meet a Knights squad coming off a 35-0 league win over Monroe Township (Monroe Township, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.
