The Palisades Pirates football team (Kintnersville, PA), dropped 34-22 in Friday's league bout with the host Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA)

With the win, Notre Dame-Green Pond advances its record to 8-0 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Palmerton (Palmerton, PA) to encounter the Blue Bombers in a Colonial-Schuylkill - B bout on Friday, October 17. The Blue Bombers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Palmerton won 26-25 in their recent league bout against Salisbury Township (Allentown, PA)

The Pirates now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Wilson Area for a Colonial-Schuylkill - B battle on Friday, October 17. Palisades will play a Warriors team coming off a 35-0 non-league loss to Pottsville (Pottsville, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.
