The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Talihina Golden Tigers (Talihina, OK) and the visiting Central Tigers (Sallisaw, OK), witnessed Talihina's football squad knock off Central by a tally of 27-6.

The Golden Tigers (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Mounds, OK). The Tigers enter the A-II District 3 contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Liberty gained a win over Mounds (Mounds, OK), 52-16, in a league contest.
