Alabama High School Football - Lee-Scott Academy can't hold off Wadley
October 11, 2024: Auburn, AL 36830 The Wadley Bulldogs got by the host Lee-Scott Academy Warriors football team by a score of 29-28 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Winterboro Bulldogs (Alpine, AL) in a 1A Region 6 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Wadley will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 28-18 league win over Woodland (Woodland, AL).
The Warriors (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenwood (Phenix City, AL). The Gators go into the 3A Region 4 challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Glenwood nipped Dadeville (Dadeville, AL), 35-14, in a league challenge.
