Colorado High School Football - Golden thwarted by Pueblo West
October 11, 2025: Golden, CO 80401 Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Golden Demons (Golden, CO), 35-14 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Pueblo West upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Cyclones host Widefield (Colorado Springs, CO) to meet the Gladiators in a non-league match on Saturday, October 18. The Gladiators come into the match with a record of 1-3.
Coming up next, the Demons meet the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) in a match, on Saturday, October 18. Golden will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 21-13 non-league win over Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO).
