Michigan High School Volleyball - Ionia over East Lansing

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Ionia Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the East Lansing Trojans.

The Bulldogs (29-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenville (Greenville, MI). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league test with a 14-10 record. In their last test, Greenville achieved victory over Kenowa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI), 3-0, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 12-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host DeWitt for a Capital Area - Blue test on Tuesday, October 14. East Lansing will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Waverly (Lansing, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 15-9.
