In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Goessel Bluebirds volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Rural Vista [Hope/White City] Heat.

The Bluebirds (24-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Little River (Little River, KS). The Redskins enter the non-league challenge with a 28-2 record. In their last challenge, Little River beat Wakefield (Wakefield, KS), 2-0, in a league test.
