The Edwin O. Smith Panthers volleyball team (Storrs, CT), went down 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Bristol Central Rams (Bristol, CT)

The Rams (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Spartans come into the Central Connecticut - South challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Lewis Mills defeated Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
