Washington High School Soccer - Hoquiam knocks off Ilwaco
October 12, 2024: Ilwaco, WA 98624 In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Hoquiam Grizzlies soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Ilwaco Fishermen.
The Grizzlies (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Montesano (Montesano, WA). The Bulldogs come into the 1A Evergreen match with a 7-4 record.
The Fishermen now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Toutle Lake for a 2B Central match on Monday, October 14. Ilwaco will meet a Ducks team coming off a 3-0 league win over Forks (Forks, WA). The Ducks record now stands at 2-8.
