October 12, 2024: Bondurant, IA 50035 The Iowa City West Trojans (Iowa City, IA) volleyball held off the host Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays (Bondurant, IA), 2-1 in Saturday's league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Marion for a bout on Saturday, October 12. Iowa City West will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IA). The Wolves record now stands at 18-10.
With the loss, Bondurant-Farrar drops to 14-18 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to North Polk (Alleman, IA) to clash with the Comets in a bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Comets come into the bout with a record of 15-16. North Polk lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Gilbert (Gilbert, IA)
