Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Homestead improves its record to 25-7 on the season. The Spartans travel to Franklin Central (Indianapolis, IN) to encounter the Flashes in a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. The Flashes go into the test with a record of 12-13. Franklin Central lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN)

The Trojans now own a 10-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelbyville for a non-league test on Saturday, October 12.
