California High School Volleyball - Calipatria Central
October 13, 2022: Calipatria, CA 92233 The Central Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Calipatria Hornets to 1 in the Spartans league victory on Thursday.
The Spartans now have a 22-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Christian Academy for a non-league game on Friday, October 14. Central will meet a Conquerors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Temecula Prep (Winchester, CA). The Conquerors record now stands at 17-0.
The Hornets (9-14) will now prepare for their game against Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA). The Yellow Jackets enter the Desert game with a 13-15 record. In their last game, Palo Verde Valley gained a win over Vincent Memorial (Calexico, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
