The Austintown-Fitch Falcons football squad scored 42 points and restricted the visiting Boardman Spartans to 20 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harding for a non-league battle on Friday, October 21. Austintown-Fitch will play a Raiders squad coming off a 21-14 league loss to Chaney (Youngstown, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 2-7.

Coming up next, the Spartans play the Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) in a All-American battle, on Friday, October 21. Boardman will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 7-1 record after their 43-7 league win over Howland (Warren, OH).
