The Choctaw County Chargers football team (Ackerman, MS), was tipped 32-26 in Friday's league challenge with the host Eupora Eagles (Eupora, MS)

The Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against East Webster (Maben, MS). The Wolverines come into the 2A Region 2 challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, East Webster was tipped by Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MS), 48-14, in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bruce for a 2A Region 2 challenge on Friday, October 21. Choctaw County will meet a Trojans team coming off a 45-0 league loss to Calhoun City (Calhoun City, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 1-7.
