Virginia High School Volleyball - Hanover over Prince George
October 14, 2024: Mechanicsville, VA 23116 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Hanover Hawks (Mechanicsville, VA) and the visiting Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA), observed Hanover's volleyball team top Prince George by a tally of 3-0.
The Hawks (14-3) will now prepare for their contest against Armstrong (Richmond, VA). The Wildcats enter the Capital contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Armstrong beat Huguenot (Richmond, VA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Royals meet the Matoaca Warriors (Chesterfield, VA) in a Central contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Prince George will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 11-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Petersburg (Petersburg, VA).
