West Virginia High School Volleyball - South Charleston can't hold off Woodrow Wilson
October 14, 2025: South Charleston, WV 25309 The Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles tipped the host South Charleston Black Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Flying Eagles confront the Wirt County Tigers (Elizabeth, WV) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, October 14. Woodrow Wilson will attempt to move on its 20-13 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 20-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Webster County (Upper Glade, WV).
With the loss, South Charleston drops to 19-16 on the campaign. The Black eagles host Capital (Charleston, WV) to clash with the Cougars in a Mountain State bout on Wednesday, October 15. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 10-18. Capital won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Calhoun (Mt. Zion, WV)
