Connecticut High School Soccer - Wheeler knocks off Plainfield
October 16, 2024: Central Village, CT 06332 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Wheeler Lions soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Plainfield Panthers.
The Lions (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Grasso Tech (Groton, CT). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 2-8 record.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Lyman Memorial Bulldogs (Lebanon, CT) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 19. Plainfield will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record.
