Maryland High School Football - North East crushed by Aberdeen
October 16, 2025: North East, MD 21901 Aberdeen Eagles (Aberdeen, MD) fans exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team overwhelm the host North East Indians (North East, MD), 64-6 in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Joppatowne Mariners (Joppa, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Aberdeen will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Mariners go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 35-22 league loss to Fallston (Fallston, MD).
The Indians (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Rising Sun (North East, MD). The Tigers come into the Class 2A1A North test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Rising Sun was overwhelmed by Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD), 32-7, in a league test.
