California High School Volleyball - Victory Christian overwhelmed by Encina

October 16, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95825

Encina Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Victory Christian Vikings (Carmichael, CA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Encina improves its record to 10-16 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Highlands (North Highlands, CA) to face the Scots in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 21. The Scots go into the test with a record of 8-9.

The Vikings now own a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacramento Waldorf for a Central Valley California League challenge on Tuesday, October 21. Victory Christian will meet a Waves team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Futures (Sacramento, CA). The Waves record now stands at 15-3.
