Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their flag football team nip the visiting Tucson High Magnet School Badgers (Tucson, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Corona del Sol advances its record to 4-6 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 22. The Blue Devils go into the battle with a record of 6-2. Sunnyside lost 21-7 in their recent non-league battle against Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ)
