October 17, 2024: Santa Teresa, NM 88021 The Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM) soccer nipped the visiting Silver Fighting Colts (Silver City, NM), 1-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Desert Warriors now hold a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Chaparral for a 4A District 3 challenge on Monday, October 21. Santa Teresa will encounter a Lobos squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Deming (Deming, NM). The Lobos record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Silver moves to 10-6 on the year. The Fighting colts host Deming (Deming, NM) to encounter the Wildcats in a 4A District 3 challenge on Monday, October 21.
