October 17, 2024: Milaca, MN 56330 Bertha-Hewitt Bears (Bertha, MN) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Milaca Wolves (Milaca, MN), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bertha-Hewitt improves its record to 16-12 on the season.
The Wolves now own a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Osakis for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. Milaca will face a Silverstreaks squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Upsala (Upsala, MN). The Silverstreaks record now stands at 7-16.
