October 17, 2024: Monroe Township, NJ 08831 Monroe Township Falcons (Monroe Township, NJ) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Edison Eagles (Edison, NJ), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Monroe Township improves its record to 13-5 on the season. The Falcons host West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 5-12. West Windsor-Plainsboro South lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Northern Burlington (Columbus, NJ)
The Eagles now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to J.P. Stevens for a non-league test on Friday, October 18. Edison will face a Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over South Plainfield (South Plainfield, NJ). The Hawks record now stands at 15-6.
