Michigan High School Football - Brother Rice prevails St. Mary's Prep

In Friday's league match, the visiting Brother Rice Warriors football squad scored a good 43-31 triumph over the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets.

The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI). The Titans come into the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Sterling Heights Stevenson defeated L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 31-13, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Eaglets confront the River Rouge Panthers (River Rouge, MI) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 24. St. Mary's Prep will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 15-12 non-league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, MI).
