The Texico Wolverines football squad scored 42 points and limited the host Eunice Cardinals to 34 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Tularosa for a 2A District 3 test on Friday, October 31.

With the defeat, Eunice drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Tularosa (Tularosa, NM) to meet the Wildcats in a 2A District 3 test on Friday, October 24. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-6. Tularosa lost 46-0 in their recent league test against Loving (Loving, NM)
