October 18, 2022: Houston, TX 77019 Carnegie Vanguard Rhinos (Houston, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Rhinos battle the Milby Buffs (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 match, on Friday, October 21. Carnegie Vanguard will attempt to advance on its 20-11 season record. The Buffs come into the match with a 26-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Sharpstown (Houston, TX).
With the loss, Sterling drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Raiders host Madison (Houston, TX) to battle the Marlins in a 5A Region III District 19 match on Wednesday, October 19. The Marlins come into the match with a record of 14-6.
