North Carolina High School Soccer - East Rowan held off by Central Cabarrus
October 18, 2023: Salisbury, NC 28146 In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting Central Cabarrus Vikings soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the East Rowan Mustangs.
The Vikings (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Knights come into the South Piedmont 3A battle with a 5-11 record. In their last battle, Lake Norman Charter was nudged by West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.
The Mustangs (6-12) will now prepare for their battle against Carson (China Grove, NC). The Cougars come into the South Piedmont 3A battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Carson nudged Concord (Concord, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.
