October 18, 2024: Ona, WV 25545 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Cabell Midland Knights (Ona, WV) and the visiting Parkersburg Big Reds (Parkersburg, WV), witnessed Cabell Midland's football squad knock off Parkersburg by a tally of 48-21.
The Knights (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against South Charleston (South Charleston, WV). The Black Eagles enter the Mountain State contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, South Charleston was toppled by Huntington (Huntington, WV), 59-14, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Big Reds battle the St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) in a Mountain State contest, on Friday, October 25. Parkersburg will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
