West Virginia High School Football - Lewis County sneaks past North Marion
October 18, 2024: Weston, WV 26452 The Lewis County Minutemen football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting North Marion Huskies to 15 in the Minutemen league triumph on Friday.
The Minutemen now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Philip Barbour for a Big Ten test on Friday, October 25. Lewis County will meet a Colts squad coming off a 19-12 league win over Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV). The Colts record now stands at 5-2.
With the defeat, North Marion drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Huskies host Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV) to meet the Eagles in a Big Ten test on Friday, October 25. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-5. Robert C. Byrd lost 19-12 in their recent league test against Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV)
