In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Springs Valley Blackhawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Evansville Christian Eagles.

With the win, Springs Valley advances its record to 26-4 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, October 18. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 10-16. Wood Memorial lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Shoals (Shoals, IN)

The Eagles now sport a 25-8 record.
