Montana High School Volleyball - Shepherd over Columbus
October 19, 2024: Shepherd, MT 59079 Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Shepherd Mustangs (Shepherd, MT) and the visiting Columbus Cougars (Columbus, MT), observed Shepherd's volleyball team top Columbus by a count of 3-1.
The Mustangs (18-2) will now prepare for their contest against Custer County (Miles City, MT). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Custer County was knocked off by Beaverhead County (Dillon, MT), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Cougars battle the Red Lodge Rams (Red Lodge, MT) in a B District 4 contest, on Tuesday, October 22. Columbus will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 2-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Shepherd (Shepherd, MT).
