Indiana High School Volleyball - Lake Station Edison can't hold off Tri-Township

In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Tri-Township Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles.

The Tigers (2-17) will now prepare for their battle against 21st Century Charter (Gary, IN). The COUGARS come into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, 21st Century Charter nudged Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Fighting Eagles clash with the South Newton Rebels (Kentland, IN) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Lake Station Edison will attempt to advance on its 3-18 season record. The Rebels come into the battle with a 12-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Frontier (Chalmers, IN).
