The Hornets now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Huron for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. Saline will face a River Rats team coming off a 23-8 non-league loss to Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The River Rats record now stands at 0-1.
The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Pioneer was defeated by Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI), 27-8, in a non-league test.
