October 2, 2025: Portales, NM 88130 In Thursday's league test, the visiting Goddard Rockets soccer team scored a close 4-0 triumph over the Portales Rams.
With the triumph, Goddard advances its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Lovington (Lovington, NM) to clash with the Wildcats in a 4A District 4 test on Tuesday, October 7. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-11. Lovington lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Artesia (Artesia, NM)
The Rams now have a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Artesia for a 4A District 4 test on Tuesday, October 7. Portales will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Lovington (Lovington, NM). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-3.
