Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Vikings battle the Ravenswood Red Devils (Ravenswood, WV) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 24. Ripley will attempt to advance on its 22-11 season record. The Red Devils come into the match with a 11-11 record after their 3-1 league win over South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV).

With the loss, Capital drops to 18-22 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Parkersburg (Parkersburg, WV) to battle the Big Reds in a Mountain State match on Tuesday, October 25.
