In Friday's non-league contest, the East Central HomeSchool Patriots (Pinson, AL) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Ezekiel Academy Knights (Montgomery, AL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Patriots battle the Evangel Christian Lightning (Alabaster, AL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 20. East Central HomeSchool will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Lightning go into the contest with a 29-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Wiregrass (Dothan, AL).
