California High School Flag Football - Santa Clara crushed by Milpitas

The Milpitas Trojans walloped the visiting Santa Clara Bruins flag football team by a score of 40-6 in Monday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) in a non-league test, on Monday, October 20. Milpitas will attempt to move on its 18-6 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 12-7 record after their 18-14 non-league loss to Presentation (San Jose, CA).

With the defeat, Santa Clara drops to 9-12 on the campaign. The Bruins host Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a test on Wednesday, October 22. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 18-5. Los Gatos won 20-0 in their recent league test against Mountain View (Mountain View, CA)
