In Friday's league game, the Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) football team smashed the visiting North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC), by a score of 63-22.

The Volunteers (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Buford (Lancaster, SC). The Yellowjackets come into the AA Region 5 game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Buford overwhelmed Cheraw (Cheraw, SC), 33-8, in a league game.

The Knights now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a AA Region 5 game on Friday, October 28. North Central will battle a Eagles team coming off a 41-0 league win over Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-4.
