October 21, 2023: Miami, FL 33018 The Killian Cougars football squad scored 22 points and restricted the host Goleman Gators to 14 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cougars now possess a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) for a 2M District 16 battle on Friday, October 27. Killian will play a Stallions squad coming off a 31-6 non-league win over Everglades Prep Academy (Homestead, FL). The Stallions record now stands at 4-4.
Coming up next, the Gators play the Columbus Explorers (Miami, FL) in a 4M District 15 battle, on Thursday, October 26. Goleman will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Explorers enter the battle with a 7-2 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to Norland (Miami, FL).
