With the win, West Forsyth advances its record to 7-5 on the season. The Wolverines host Duluth (Duluth, GA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 23. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Duluth lost 26-6 in their recent non-league bout against Dunwoody (Dunwoody, GA)
The Longhorns now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Meadowcreek for a D5 Area 8 bout on Monday, November 3. Lanier will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 29-0 non-league loss to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.
