October 24, 2024: Downey, CA 90242 The Calvary Chapel Grizzlies volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Bolsa Grande Matadors to 0 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Grizzlies now have a 11-12 record. They play next when they travel to Loara for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 26. Calvary Chapel will play a Saxons team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Holy Martyrs Armenian (Encino, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 11-10.
With the loss, Bolsa Grande drops to 7-13 on the campaign.
