New Mexico High School Volleyball - Pojoaque Valley overwhelmed by Taos
October 24, 2024: Taos, NM 87571 Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Taos advances its record to 11-8 on the season. The Tigers travel to Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM) to face the Sundevils in a 4A District 2 test on Tuesday, October 29. The Sundevils go into the test with a record of 4-15. Espanola Valley lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM)
The Elks/Elkettes now sport a 3-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moriarty for a 4A District 2 test on Tuesday, October 29. Pojoaque Valley will face a Pintos squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Taos (Taos, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 4-15.
