The Americas Trail Blazers football squad scored 34 points and limited the host Parkland Matadors to 7 in the Trail Blazers league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Trail Blazers face the El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) in a 5A-1 Region I District 1 challenge, on Thursday, October 30. Americas will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Aztecs enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 77-27 league win over Bel Air (El Paso, TX).
