The Kinston Vikings (Kinston, NC) football trounced the visiting Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC), 61-8 in Friday's league outing.

The Vikings now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Tarboro for a Eastern Plains 2A/3A outing on Friday, October 31. Kinston will battle a Vikings team coming off a 41-0 league win over Ayden - Grifton (Ayden, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 9-0.
