The Trinity Christian Crusaders football squad (Fayetteville, NC), was nudged 12-8 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC)

The Golden Hawks (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Middle Creek (Apex, NC). The Mustangs enter the Triangle Six 6A/7A contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Middle Creek got by Cary (Cary, NC), 42-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Crusaders battle the Harrells Christian Academy Crusaders (Harrells, NC) in a NCISAA Big East contest, on Friday, October 31.
