The Valley View Eagles football team (Moreno Valley, CA), dropped 28-10 in Friday's league bout with the host Poly Bears (Riverside, CA)

With the win, Poly advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Arlington (Riverside, CA) to encounter the Lions in a Sunbelt bout on Friday, October 31. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Arlington lost 17-0 in their recent league bout against Hemet (Hemet, CA)

The Eagles now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Hillcrest for a Sunbelt bout on Thursday, October 30. Valley View will encounter a Trojans team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-5.
